1. General Introduction and Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 13bd platform ("13bd", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "player"). By accessing the website 13bd.cam, registering, or using the services, you fully agree to these Terms.

3. Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
To deposit funds into 13bd, you may use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Funds deposited must come from your own account — third-party payments are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
13bd offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To claim this bonus, you must make your first deposit after registration and provide the relevant bonus code (if applicable).
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager a total of 25 times the combined deposit and bonus amount before the bonus funds become withdrawable. For example: if you deposit ৳5,000 you will receive a ৳5,000 bonus, and you must wager (৳5,000 + ৳5,000) × 25 = ৳250,000 before withdrawing.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus must be used within a specified time limit
- Bonuses are only usable on eligible games — certain games may not contribute to bonus wagering
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited
- 13bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time
5.4 VIP Program
The 13bd VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular play, and weekly cashback is available at each tier. VIP benefits may change at any time at 13bd's discretion.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 13bd platform:
- Bonus abuse or bonus hunting activity
- Collusion or coordination with other players
- Use of automated bots or software
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means (money laundering)
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform
- Threats, harassment, or use of abusive language
- Operating an account under a false identity
- Playing on behalf of minors or providing account access to minors
If any of the above violations are detected, 13bd reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and forfeit the associated balance and winnings.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Closure by 13bd
13bd may suspend or close any account without prior notice for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reasonable cause. In such cases, any valid balance will be returned after the investigation is complete, unless there are grounds for forfeiture.
7.2 Closure by User
You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. Any remaining balance is withdrawable before the request is processed.
7.3 Inactive Accounts
An account will be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 13bd is not liable for:
- Game sessions interrupted due to internet connection disruption or technical errors
- Delays or errors by third-party payment providers
- Data loss due to software or hardware failure
- Losses resulting from user negligence or improper sharing of account credentials
- Losses arising from unauthorized third-party sites or services
13bd's total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the 30 days prior to the relevant incident.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
